Mental Health and Wellness is a huge component of what we do and underpins all our fitness and coaching sessions.
To get external recognition for this from a Global Company is huge!
The GHP – Awards have a judging panel of ‘experts’ who consider the commitment, expertise and innovation shown by us the nominee! And then through their research they determined that we were worthy of recognition!
Well done us!

We take what we do here at SobeyFitness very seriously but we don’t take ourselves too serious!
Working with people and helping them on their Health and Wellness Journey is a hugely important vocation and we’re lucky that people find us and get involved.
